Yes there will be a parking lot across the street with a shuttle to take you to the ceremony / reception space.

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be in an outdoor tent nextdoor.

The Detroit airport (DTW) and Cleveland airport (CLE) are both about 1.5 hours from Port Clinton so you could fly into either.
