Book Flights
We recommend booking your flight as soon as you can to get the best price. If possible, we recommend extending your time in Scotland before or after the wedding, it is a gorgeous country to see. *Labor Day is the week before* If not, we recommend leaving on the 5th or 6th for a long weekend and returning home on the 27th.
WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD YOU FLY INTO?
Edinburgh Airport (EDI) is 10 minutes from our venue. We recommend comparing these flight options: 1. Purchase a direct ticket from your destination to Edinburgh. 2. Purchase a roundtrip ticket to London, and book additional separate roundtrip coordinating flights from London to Edinburgh Airport.

Please book your accommodations based on your chosen dates, budget, and planned activities. Feel free to book anywhere that works best for you, there is no designated hotel for all guests.

This is our recommended hotel for best downtown location and price point. If you sign up to be a member for free on their website you will receive a discounted rate. You can also check Expedia for rates as well.
Dakota Hotel Edinburgh
This is the closest hotel to our venue if you would like to be close by. We will have a block of rooms available with a discounted rate.
Bring Travel Power Adapter
Scotland uses different power outlets than the U.S. A U.K. travel adapter will allow you to plug in all of your chargers and devices. This can be purchased on Amazon, Target, or most big retailers.
