Our Wedding

Hi! Amanda and Chase here!Our story wouldn't be possible without the friends and family surrounding us. We are so thankful for every one of you and how you have supported us. We want our wedding to be a celebration for all the people who have loved us so well. We love you and are so excited to see you in December!

The Early Days

We met in October of 2020 and started dating February of 2021.Fun fact: Chase shaved his head the night before he officially asked Amanda to be his girlfriend.

Athens → Woodstock Days

We spent the first two years doing medium distance between Athens and Woodstock! This season holds such a special place in our hearts as we got to spend time in each city as we fell in love.

"Adulting"

We both graduated and attempted to enter adulthood in Atlanta. So much growth and change during this season but we've been so blessed to be surrounded by the most amazing community and support systems!

THE IRON HORSE

For those who don't know - the Iron Horse is a CLASSIC Athens monument. It's quite literally an iron horse in the middle of a field (soo Athens lol). We went there early on in our relationship as a goofy date and nearly 4 years later that's where we got engaged. Athens holds such a special place in our hearts, we grew so much there as a couple so there wasn't a better place for us to move into this next chapter of our lives!

We are asking our guests to please wear black-tie optional attire. Take this as an opportunity to get all dolled up and feel your best! See the 'Attire' tab above for inspiration!

Can I bring a plus one?

While we usually go by the mentality, "the more the merrier," we are unfortunately unable to accommodate more guests than those who received an invitation. If you received a plus one it will be indicated on your formal invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Is there parking? 

Yes! The Biltmore Ballrooms has an attached parking deck for $15. If you plan on drinking, please plan to stay at one of the walkable hotels or arranging your Uber.

Can I bring my children?

While we love your little ones, please use our wedding as a date night for yourself! We want our wedding to be as stress free as possible, so for that reason we are keeping our guests adult only with the exception of the bridal party.

Can I take photos during the ceremony with my cell phone or camera?

NO! We paid A LOT of money to hire a professional photographer who comes with a second shooter to get all the right angles during our ceremony. We strongly desire you to turn your cell phones off during the ceremony and be present with us in this special moment. We promise we will share all the photos from the ceremony. You are welcome to take all the photos during cocktail hour and our reception!

Will there be alcohol?

Yes! We will have a variety of beer and wine being served all night long! We do not indulge drinking and driving, so please drink responsibly and arrange for your ride home beforehand.
