Nick & Amanda met while attending a prospective student weekend at Johnson & Wales University. Their love story started on February 19th, 2017 when 17 year old Nick & Amanda began their relationship. While facetiming everyday and commuting back and forth from MA to CT, Amanda & Nick became best friends. It was apparent to everyone that they were soulmates. After attending each others senior proms, and high school graduations, Amanda & Nick moved to their dorms in Providence, RI to start their college careers. Every summer in between school years, Nick lived in Marblehead with Amanda & her mom in her childhood home, & worked at a beach front cafe. During the summers, Amanda & Nick grew their relationship by spending days at the pool & nights BBQing. Beginning their senior year at Johnson & Wales, Amanda & Nick moved into their first apartment together. Shortly after, they decided to expand their family and adopt their 5 year old calico cat, Frankie. Graduation came fast, and Amanda & Nick walked across the stage to get their diplomas one after the other. Life after college brought Amanda & Nick to Everett, MA to pursue their careers in hospitality. Amanda is thriving in her Assistant Front Office Manager position at Encore Boston Harbor while Nick excels at his position of General Manager at Guys Boston Kitchen & Bar. Amanda & Nick brought another furry friend into their family, a 2 year old tabby cat, Olive. Nick finally popped the question to Amanda while on a weekend away back in Providence on June 6, 2023. Amanda, Nick, Frankie, & Olive live in their home filled with endless love & laughs.
