Yes, the ceremony is outside. In the event of poor weather, it will be moved to an inside location.

We would love to see all our guests dressed up for our special day! Please consider formal cocktail dresses and suits. Please refrain from wearing white / cream / ivory.

Although we love to see everyone's children, please keep them at home with your babysitter for the evening as our wedding will be adults (21+) only!

Cocktail hour will be on the covered patio attached to the Main Inn at Bally Spring. This is about a 1 minute walk from the outdoor ceremony! There will be a bar for beverages and passed Hors D'oeuvres.

Yes, for the Hampton Inn & Suites Kutztown - we will have buses to bring guests prior to the ceremony and then buses to bring guests back following the reception. Shuttle from hotel to venue: departs promptly at 3:30 pm Shuttle #1 from venue to hotel: 10:00 pm Shuttle #2 (after party) from venue to hotel: 11:15 pm

We kindly request that you do not use your phones during the ceremony for photos, videos, texts/calls. Please remember to put your phone on silent mode for no interruptions. We have great photographers and videographers to capture the moments for us!

Yes, for those who prefer to drive themselves, there is 100+ parking spots available at the venue. We want everyone to have a great night, but recommend this only be used for those who are not planning to consume alcohol. We want everyone to be safe!
