How To Get To Key West
By Air
The most convenient way to get to Key West is by flying directly into Key West International Airport (EWY).
Additionally, you can fly into Fort Lauderdale (FLL) or Miami (MIA), rent a car and drive to Key West.
By Land
If you prefer to fly to Fort Lauderdale or Miami and drive to Key West, the Overseas Highway was ranked as one of the most scenic drives in the world. It is about a 3.5 hour drive to Key West from both airports.
Although the route is picturesque, please allow buffer time into your travel plans since it is mostly a single lane highway in both directions.
Getting Around
Car
Key West is approximately four miles long and two miles wide so we do not recommend renting a car unless you are driving from Fort Lauderdale or Miami. Parking is available at Ocean Key for guests staying there only. You will not be allowed to park your car here even on the day of the wedding.
Uber
Uber and Lyft are readily available and is an inexpensive way to get around.
Bike, golf cart, conch train
While most places are within walking distance or a quick Uber ride, there are other fun options for getting around the island too! From bikes, golf carts, to even the conch train for sight seeing!
Where to Stay
There are a variety of places to stay in Key West including AirBnBs, hotels, and resorts. The wedding venue is also a hotel, and a discount code is provided below. However you do not have to stay there, you may research and choose any hotel that matches your vision for the weekend. A few examples have been provided. However we do recommend booking as soon as possible because hotels book up fast in Key West.

This is a highly recommended hotel on the water at the Marina, but without the price tag of Duval Street. This is about a 15 minute drive to the wedding venue. A shuttle is also offered to Old Town multiple times a day. Otherwise you will need an uber ride.
Andrews Inn & Garden Cottages
Small bed and breakfast that we have stayed at every time we have gone to Key West! Right in the middle of Duval Street and actually shares a fence with the Hemingway House.
Hilton Garden Inn Key West / The Keys Collection
This hotel is in 'New Town' so expect about a 10 minute Uber ride from this area to the wedding venue and activities of Duval Street.
