The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 p.m. Any guests who have not arrived and been seated by this time will be asked to wait to enter the event until after the ceremony concludes. A cocktail hour will begin at 4:30 with dinner following at 5:45. We can't wait to have you attend our celebration of our love!

While we recommend checking the weather before coming to town, Springfield has fairly moderate weather in September. Days may be warm but evenings do bring a slight chill.

Please use the address provided on your invitation! Parking is available but limited. Carpooling is strongly suggested! Cars CANNOT be left overnight at the venue and will be towed at the owner’s expense if left after the event ends. Uber and Lyft are available in the area and are strongly suggested if you plan to drink the alcohol provided. Please don’t drink and drive. 🤍

We love your little ones! However, this is an adult only event. We respectfully request that you only bring guests listed under your name.

If you have been invited with a plus one, they will be listed under your name when you RSVP. Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate guests that will be specifically listed on the formal wedding invitations.

Yes! We will have a variety of beer and wine options as well as non-alcoholic drinks available. With that being said there will be a tip jar available to show gratitude toward the bartenders who will be fueling your fun for the evening. PLEASE NOTE: Outside alcohol is not welcome at this event or venue. Any guests found with their own alcohol will be asked to leave by event and venue staff. Please be responsible so you may enjoy the full evening of festivities!
