One summer day Matt knocked on my front door. When I answered he said he was there to service my sprinkler system, and asked if I knew where the water turn on was. I didn't, but I didn't mind helping him find it. Before he left I shot my shot and asked for his number, and the rest is history.

JUST KIDDING, we met on tinder. But, if you ask Matt, that is one of the many stories you may get on how we met.

In all honesty we had both given up on dating and the idea that you could really meet your forever online. We both swiped right, and I'm sure he said something sweet and funny to get the conversation going. A couple of weeks later we went on our first date and he roped me in with his AMAZING rock collection. From there we saw each other as much as we could while also navigating him having two of the most amazing kids around (we did pretty good I'd say with only one run in before I met them). After meeting the girls I knew it was going to take a lot for him to get rid of me, I fell in love with 3 people instead of just 1. I moved in with them and a few days later we found out we were moving again - YAY! Nothing like a couple of stressful weeks and a move to really test your relationship. We have grown to be the couple we never thought we would get on the internet, and I can't believe I get to marry my best friend. HE IS THE BEST THING I EVER FOUND ON THE INTERNET.
