The wedding ceremony will be held at Joel & Jennifer’s backyard in Bismarck. (We can’t thank them enough!) We chose to have a small, intimate ceremony (50-60 guests) with just immediate family and a couple close friends. Don’t worry, everyone is invited to help us celebrate later in the evening at the reception.

The reception will be at Baymont in Mandan in the Pier 7 Ballroom. Unfortunately, it has 300 max capacity for our sit down dinner, so our dinner guests are limited. Your invitation will indicate what you are invited to. But if you received a ‘Save the Date’ magnet from us, please know you are invited to skip all the other “stuff” (ceremony & dinner) and just join us for the drinking and dancing.

There is a block of rooms reserved at the Baymont in Mandan (same location as reception) under Undhjem/Arnold Wedding. We have another block of rooms reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites in NW Bismarck under Arnold/Undhjem Wedding. (Please look under the ‘Travel’ tab for more detailed info). We encourage guests to call and reserve early.

We are not registered anywhere. We don’t want gifts - we want you to come help us celebrate! We truly appreciate you joining us on our special day. Your presence is our present!

This is where it gets kind of tricky… We are choosing to have an intimate (less than 60 guests) backyard wedding. We are personally asking those guests in person to attend the ceremony. We will have a little cocktail hour with those limited guests, then head to the Baymont in Mandan to join our dinner guests. Unfortunately, the Pier 7 Ballroom at Baymont has limited capacity (300 max dinner guests). You will receive a formal wedding invitation if you are invited to the wedding dinner/reception. If you received a “Save the Date” magnet, but no invitation, you are invited and encouraged to join us for all the “fun stuff”…dancing and drinking and other shenanigans.
