We would like to celebrate this special day with our closest family and friends! If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

To allow our guests to relax and enjoy the night, we ask that you make arrangements for children that are not specifically invited on the invitation/RSVP. We will be having children of immediate family members and those invitations will be addressed to the entire family. (Example: "The Weir family")

Please RSVP by June 1st, 2024 so we can get a final guest count and inform the necessary vendors!

Our dress code is semi-formal. For Men: Suits, sports jackets, button up dress shirt. For Women: Formal dress, sundress, pant/jump suit, heels or flats *Please avoid wearing classic wedding colors such as white, ivory, cream, etc.*

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30 pm. Please arrive and be seated no later than 4:20 pm.

There is parking at the venue, however it is limited, please carpool if possible! For those staying at the the Fairfield Inn and Suites, the shuttle bus will leave at 3:45 pm to go to the venue. A shuttle bus will also be provided at the end of the night to transport people back to the Fairfield Inn and Suites.

We ask that our guests be present with us during our ceremony. Please do not take any pictures or videos during the wedding ceremony.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at The Barn at Silverstone (62 Bowman Rd, Lancaster, PA 17602). The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (weather permitting) and the reception will be held inside the barn.

The reception ends at 10:00 pm, all guests must leave the venue to allow for adequate time for the staff to clean up the venue.

YES! Drinks are on us, but we ask that you be sure to arrange for safe transportation to wherever you are staying after the reception. Please be responsible and respectful!
