Amanda and I met on April 30th, 2015 at the Wianno Club on Cape Cod where we both worked. I met Amanda on my first day and I can still hear her asking "Are you new here?" She knew I was new and we both now know that moment was the start of something very special.

Our first trip together was to Nashville. Suffice it to say that I really liked Andrew- we went to a college football game and Kings of Leon concert in frigid temps! We've been back to Nashville a few times and it will always be a special place for us.

I lived in Charleston for a year before meeting Amanda. Showing her around my "old stomps" was very fun and we have so many memories from this trip.

Andrew and I enjoying a day off at Cahoon Hollow Beach on Cape Cod. We've always enjoyed visiting new places- whether a short drive or a long flight away.

A Fall visit to Napa Valley. Visiting wine country together was magical. The wine shipments showing up at our front door back home was magical too!

Going to Nantucket together and with friends has been so special over the years.

Hawaii is so special to us. I did a semester "abroad" there and Andrew and I have gone a few times. The long flights have always been so worth it!

Amanda surprised me on my 30th with a trip to Bermuda. "Pack a bag with beachy clothes and bring your passport," was all she said when I asked for hints to guess the surprise. Easily my favorite birthday ever and I'm still amazed at how she pulled this trip together without me finding out.

After a few years of long-distance living- Andrew in CT and me in MA- I accepted a job in CT and we bought our first house shortly thereafter. We love our house and are so happy and fortunate with the perfect timing in finding it.

The day we picked up our sweet boy Nash! The drive up to Maine was full of excitement and anticipation. We love every single moment with our Nashie.

Lake Waramaug in northwest CT is another special place for us and this picture is Nash's first trip up to the lake.

Inness resort in upstate NY has always been one of our places and I knew this was where I'd propose to Amanda. This was a perfect day in every way.

The action shot! Nash and I were listening to "All I Want for Christmas Is You" when Andrew came out to join us with a glass of wine. Seconds before Andrew got down on one knee, Nash's tail hit my wine glass and it shattered on the deck! Opps!! Andrew continued to get down on one knee anyways, and the rest is history!
