🗓️ When do I need to RSVP by?
We know it's far in advance — but we need a final guest count for the resort by November 16th, 2026.
If you haven’t RSVP’d by then, sadly we won’t be able to include you in the wedding headcount.
(And we really want to see your face there, so don’t wait!)
🛂 Will I need a passport?
Yes! A valid U.S. passport is required to travel to Jamaica.
Keep in mind:
* Processing can take 4–6 weeks, so don’t delay!
* You’ll need to submit your birth certificate when applying.
Fees:
* Adult Passport Book: $130 (routine), $190 (expedited)
* Minor Passport Book: $100 (routine), $160 (expedited)
✈️ When should I book my flight?
We’ll share deals and tips as we see them, but we recommend booking by September 2026 to avoid those “waited-too-long” prices.
Worried about flying alone?
Let Amara or Jordan know — we’re happy to help organize flight groups so no one travels solo unless they want to!
✈️ Airport Info
The best airport to fly into is Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay — it’s just a 30–40 minute drive from the resort.
Even better? RIU Palace Aquarelle provides free shuttle vouchers to and from the airport for all guests! Once you book your stay, you'll receive info on how to schedule your transportation. Easy breezy! 🌴🛬
👯 Can I bring a plus one?
Due to venue space, we can’t offer plus ones right away.
Your guest is more than welcome to enjoy the resort with you, but we can’t promise a seat at the wedding ceremony just yet.
Questions? Reach out to Jordan or Amara — we’ve got you!
🍹 What am I paying for at the resort?
This is an all-inclusive resort — so:
* All meals ✔️
* All drinks ✔️
* Resort entertainment ✔️
Extras like spa treatments, excursions, or gift shop finds are available at your own expense. Your vacation, your vibe.
💃 What do I wear?
We want our favorite people to surround us in color and good vibes!
Please wear anything but white, ivory, or black.
Shorts are welcome, but no denim please — it's still a wedding, not brunch with your cousin.
🎁 Can we bring a wedding gift?
While your presence is the best gift, if you’d like to give something, please ship it to our home or wait until after the wedding.
Luggage limits are real — and we don’t want to be stuck at the airport with an overweight suitcase and a blender.
