Judd and Amber first met at the Lake of the Ozarks with their group of friends on Forth of July weekend in the summer of 2016. They spent the rest of the summer together until Judd went off to Mizzou. They spent their time together tailgating at Mizzou games, supporting their favorite sporting teams, and spending their first holidays together. The next year, Amber joined Judd at Mizzou.

Shortly after, they adopted their fur baby Cash from a shelter near campus. Many vacations, sporting events, and family time together only strengthened their love. In 2021, they bought their house and began renovations together with the help of their families.

During Amber's Spring Break in 2022, Judd and Amber went back to the Lake of the Ozarks to spend the week with family. This was when Judd brought Amber to one of the first places they met and asked her to spend the rest of their lives together.

They are looking forward to celebrating the beginning the next chapter of their life's journey with the people they most love on June 1, 2024.
