WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?!
The dress code will be dressy- casual!
Ladies: Dresses, pantsuit or A skirt and blouse
Gentlemen: Suits, dress shirts or button downs, slacks or khakis
*Don't forget your dancing shoes*
**We kindly ask that no one wears white or ivory out of respect for the Bride and that no men wear navy and no women wear burgundy out of respect for the wedding party including children**
WHAT WILL THE MENU BE LIKE?!
ENTREE'S: We are doing a pasta bar that will have two different styles of pasta and sauce (choose on your RSVP) accompanied with your choice of either Chicken, Meatballs, Mushrooms, Parmesan Cheese or all of the above.
SIDES:Garlic Bread and Cheesy Bread!
SALAD BAR: There will be a full salad bar available for everyone
DRINKS: Sweet tea, Un-sweet tea, Water, Soda, Coffee and Juices will be available the whole night. Bud light, Michelob Ultra, Moscato and Sangria will be available for the TOASTS AND DINNER ONLY!
WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL?!
No, We have decided not to serve alcohol due to the amount of kids that will be attending,
However, Beer and Wine will be available for the toasts and for dinner (only) !
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?!
Of course, we love your kids just as much as we love you!! There will be some activities set up for them and we will have a play pen/ ball pit available for the toddlers. If you are bringing kids please be sure to let us know on your RSVP How many kids you will have in your party and what the ages are. Also, remember YOU are responsible for your own kids! <3
HOW DO I RSVP?!
There is two ways you can rsvp. First, there is a button on the home page of this website. Just click on that and follow the prompts. Second, you can use the tabs at the top of this page and follow the prompts from there. *We kindly ask that you rsvp by September 15th so we can finalize everything*
WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE THIS TIME OF YEAR?!
The weather around this time is never predictable, we recommend bringing an umbrella, jacket and or blanket just in case as our ceremony and some games will be outside.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?!
We would recommend everyone arriving between 3 and 3:30pm. This should give everyone time to find a seat and settle in! **There is no seating chart**
Also, please make sure to walk around to the back of the building when arriving as our ceremony is out back.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?! IS PARKING FREE?!
Yes, Parking is free for everyone and there is a parking lot available right when you get to the venue where you can park.
CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES ON SOCIAL MEDIA?!
Our ceremony will be an "unplugged" ceremony meaning during our ceremony we ask for all electronic devices be turned off so you can just be in the moment with us and let the photographers do their job. After the ceremony you can take pictures and we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #alwaysandforeveraubin so we can keep track of all of your pictures! Thank you :)
ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?!
Yes. Please let us know any accommodations in the comments section of your rsvp so that we can set you up at an accessible table.
WILL THERE BE AN AFTER WEDDING BRUNCH?
YES! We are so excited to say that we will be doing a brunch after the wedding day so Sunday November 13th! It will be around 10:30am and the location is undecided but the invite is open to anyone who attends our wedding! However, please note you will need to pay your own way. Please let us know in advance if you would like to attend so we can book a reservation if need be! You can let us know via email (bottom of page) or even RSVP when given the option as you RSVP for our wedding.
WHAT AIRPORT DO I FLY IN AT?
For anyone flying in, Tampa International Airport (TPA) is the airport closest to Spring Hill (where our venue is)!
**Please make sure to get a rental car and/or set up some sort of transportation for yourselves to get to and from**
