It all began with two people, Amber and Jeremy, who opened their hearts to finding love. Their paths crossed and they connected online.

When they met, Jeremy lived in Pennsylvania and Amber lived in Maryland. Despite the distance between them, fate had other plans, and they connected in a way that felt like destiny. Without hesitation, they took a leap of faith and had their first date just one week after their initial connection.

All the way from Harrisburg, Jeremy planned out the perfect date at a beautiful Turkish restaurant, Cazbar in Columbia, MD. There was an instant genuine connection. The night was full of great conversation, laughter, and was the true beginning of our beautiful love story.

From that moment on, their lives intertwined in ways they never imagined possible. Their story is not just a love story between two individuals, it is one of two families coming together to become one. From the day they introduced their children, Sadie, Jayden, and Ariana, to each other their families blended seamlessly, and the love and connection between their children mirrored the deep bond growing between them.

It was their one-year anniversary. Jeremy took the lead and planned out their evening. Amber had no idea that Jeremy was orchestrating a heartfelt return to the place where their romance began, Cazbar. Jeremy had meticulously arranged every detail with the restaurant, crafting what would be the most beautiful proposal.

When they arrived at Cazbar, they were seated at the front of the restaurant, the very first table in front of their stage. Every evening there was a belly dancing show, and guests would be invited to participate. Their evening started as usual with appetizers and drinks. Jeremy kept going to the bathroom and was not eating much, which was unlike him.

The restaurant’s evening show started. Amber was nervous and thought she’d be asked to go on stage, but was relieved when the show was over and the dancer had not come to their table. Jeremy again left the table, and minutes later the dancer approached Amber, and said, “Somebody told me that you were a great dancer.” Amber joined the dancer on stage, and Jeremy shortly thereafter offered to join her. The dancer taught them some moves, then slowly made her way off the stage. Amber started to follow her, then Jeremy reached for her hand, keeping her on stage. In that moment, they found themselves alone on stage, the spotlight solely on them. They held hands, gazed into each other’s eyes, declaring his love and unwavering commitment to Amber, Jeremy got on one knee and asked Amber to marry him. Without hesitation, Amber said yes! The restaurant broke out in applause as they embraced and shared a passionate kiss on stage.

As they walked off stage, they were greeted with a cake and sparklers, with the cake on a board reading, “Will you marry me?” They spent the rest of their evening enjoying great food, taking in the moment, and full of thoughts of the future they would build together.

Now, as they stand on the threshold of forever, they are filled with excitement for the future that lies ahead.
