We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal/cocktail attire. Examples include suit jacket, button up, dress pants/khakis, and cocktail dresses. No jeans, please. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
Are there any colors that should be avoided?
We kindly ask that you avoid the traditional colors reserved for the bride- white, ivories, and creams.
When should I RSVP?
If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation- that is great and very helpful! The last day to RSVP will be December 6, 2024. If we do not get an RSVP back by this date, it will be marked as "no". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide final guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVPs, we hope that you understand!
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
We recommend that you arrive no later than 20-30 minutes prior to our 4:00 pm ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule. If you are late and the wedding has started, we ask that you find a staff member to seek guidance or stand in the back until the ceremony is finished and then join us for the reception.
Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing our ceremony and we don’t want any phones in our photos. However, you are more than welcome to bring them out during the reception! We will love seeing your photos/videos from our special day! Please wait until the day after our wedding to share publicly as we hope you will be present and too busy celebrating with us!
How does seating work?
The ceremony will be open seating with reserved seats for our immediate families so sit wherever you please!
For the reception, there will be reserved tables for our immediate families. Other than that it will be open seating.
Is there parking/wheelchair access available?
Yes to both! There is complimentary guest parking right out front of the venue and an overflow lot available across the street if need be. Our ceremony will be on the second floor of the building but there is elevator access available.
Will there be alcohol?
Yes. We will be providing alcoholic beverages. However, we DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. The venue does agree and allows guests to leave their vehicles overnight if need be. However, they MUST be picked up the next day by 8 pm. Please do not park in the grass areas.
