The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. We kindly ask you to arrive 4:15 pm to mingle with other guests before the "I DO's"!

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Yes, there is free parking at the ceremony and reception. Ceremony parking is located next to the Henderson Ice Arena. Reception parking is located right next to the Woodcraft Dining Hall. Overnight parking at the reception is permitted.

Yes! We will have a party bus shuttle throughout the evening, during and following the reception. The 20 passenger party bus will be transporting guests from the Woodcraft Dining Hall (reception location) to The Lakehouse Grille (after party location). The Lakehouse Grille is located in town at 620 E. Lakeshore Dr. Our recommendation is to book lodging in town and within walking distance from The Lakehouse Grille if you plan to drink and/or leave your vehicle overnight at the reception. Party bus shuttle times are as follows: 9:30 pm, 10 pm, 10:30 pm, & 11 pm.

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The (Your Last Name) Family" if your children have been invited.

The attire is semi-formal. Most importantly, we would like for our friends and family to be comfortable and feel their best! If it helps with your attire choice, our wedding is colorful pastels. Please note that the Woodcraft Dining Hall (location of reception) does not have HVAC.

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony which means no photos. We ask all guests to be completely present during our special time! Our hired professionals will be doing the photo taking during that time.

We will be sending out formal invitations with an RSVP card that you can return via mail. You also have the option to RSVP online via our website! Please make sure to RSVP before the deadline which is July 15, 2024.
