When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 8th on our website. Even if you do not plan to attend, we kindly request that you complete the form. If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will assume that you're unable to attend.

Can I Change my RSVP?

Plans can change, and we completely understand. If your RSVP response needs to be updated, you may do so at any time up until July 8th. We kindly ask that any changes be made by this date so we can provide an accurate headcount to our caterer and finalize our seating arrangements. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Will the ceremony and reception be held outdoors?

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors, however in the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved inside. The reception will be held indoors, with access to a patio space for guests to enjoy.

Q: What should I wear?

A: The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal attire. Please keep in mind that part of the event will be outdoors, so dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather.

Q: Where should I stay if I am from out of town?

A: We have a block of rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn and Suites in Lakeville, MN. However, feel free to stay wherever you’d like! For more information, refer to the "Travel" tab on our website.

Q: Is there parking available at the venue?

A: Yes, there will be parking available at the venue. Guests are also able to leave their vehicles overnight if needed. However, if you're staying at the hotel, we encourage you to take advantage of the shuttle service for convenience.

Q: Will there be an open bar?

A: There will be a combination of an open and cash bar for guests 21 and older who can responsibly drink. Complimentary beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available free of charge. Other beer and liquor options will be available for purchase.

Can I bring in my own beverages?

A: Per venue policy, outside food and drink of any kind are not permitted. Anyone who violates this policy may be asked to leave. We appreciate your cooperation in following the venue’s rules.

Q: Can I smoke at the venue?

A: Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside our venue. Despite the recent legalization of Cannabis in Minnesota, the consumption, smoking, or distribution of Cannabis is NOT ALLOWED on the Brackett’s Crossing Country Club property. Any cannabis found will be confiscated, and the violating party may be asked to leave the premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
