It was 2021 and the Chiefs playing in Super bowl 55, but this would only be a minor detail at the time. Inside a seemingly normal HEB, Jeremiah and Amber were both hustling to meet the demands of these football fans. Jeremiah's department was being swamped with orders and needed help meeting demand. Amber, as Jeremiah would soon be all to familiar with, swooped in to help save the night.

The moment Jeremiah saw Amber he was immediately curious about the new face in his cooler and prompted him to ask more questions. These questions were all it took to spark what became a 5 month opportunity for them to learn more about each other.

Nearing the end of the 5 months, Jeremiah took the most time apart from Amber that he had since they began working together. With certainty in his eyes, he came back and assured her that he was there to stay and from that moment on they were no longer "Just Friends".

They never thought that, for an entire year, the person they'd be marrying would literally be within walking distance, parading as a stranger. Now, 2+ Years later, Amber and Jeremiah have celebrated 2 Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl victories together, and have walked through several HEBs reminding themselves of where this all started.
