Both the ceremony & reception will be held at Stonewall Golf Club. The full address is 15601 Turtle Point Dr, Gainesville, VA 20155.

We plan for our ceremony to be held outdoors. The ceremony will take place on the patio under a pavilion. Should the weather be chilly, we will have heaters to utilize.

We will have access to the Brass Cannon Restaurant with both indoor & outdoor spaces for cocktail hour. The reception will take place indoors in the Magnolia Ballroom.

There will be stationary & passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a plated dinner and dessert. An open bar including select beer, wine, & liquor will be available beginning at cocktail hour.

We kindly request formal attire for our wedding.

Guests are encouraged to wear attire that fits a black tie dress code, but this is optional. For men, they should wear a suit with a shirt and tie. Women should wear a floor-length gown, knee-length cocktail dress, a pantsuit, or dressy separates.

We recommend that you arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to make sure everyone is able to be seated and we can begin the ceremony as scheduled.

Although we love your little ones, to allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day an adults only (21+) affair. We thank you for your understanding.

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

We love photos! However, we do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to take pictures and videos!

Yes. We are recommending our guests stay at the Springhill Suites by Marriott - Gainesville Haymarket or the Hampton Inn Gainesville-Haymarket. Yes. We will be providing shuttle transportation from the Springhill Suites hotel to Stonewall Golf Club & back to the hotel at the end of the night. For convenience, we recommend staying at this hotel if you would like to utilize the shuttle.

If you will be driving to the venue, there is ample parking available at Stonewall Golf Club. You may park in any unmarked space. Stonewall does allow cars to be left overnight if needed. If you choose to park overnight, please make sure your vehicle is picked up by 10:00AM the following morning.
