Help us get the party started on schedule! We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.
Are children welcome?
Children are allowed at the ceremony, but we are kindly asking for no children at the reception. If this is an issue for you, please reach out and we can accommodate your needs.
Will the wedding be outdoors or indoors?
Weather permitting, we will be having an outdoor ceremony. Reception will be held indoors but includes a large outdoor patio space.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall, where we will be serving appetizers and beverages during cocktail hour.
Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?
After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres accompanied by an open bar.
Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Plated dinners will be served at 7:00pm. You will choose your meal option when you RSVP.
Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?
We can accommodate special diets upon request. Please indicate on your RSVP your dietary needs.
Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel?
Unfortunately, we will not be providing a shuttle service to and from the venue. Cars may be parked at the venue overnight.
