The venue is child friendly, but highly stresses supervision (This venue is also their personal home, please respect their wishes). They are not responsible for injured or lost children. If you do decide to bring your children, please disclose with Bride or Groom in RSVP form.

Yes, there will be lemonade and sweet tea provided; and there will be alcoholic beverages provided under the supervision of the venue at the ABC licensed bar. Please respect that the venue would like to keep their ABC license by following VA ABC laws and regulatioms. Please enjoy the free bar responsibly and have a safe ride home!

It is a beautiful outdoor / indoor barn named Magnolia Fields at address 3213 Ladysmith Rd, Ruther Glen, VA 22546. The venue owners are a couple that live in the house on the property and run events on site. They started hosting weddings within the past five years. Please respect their wishes and help us keep their home & barn clean and undamaged. There are bathrooms in the barn along with the bar, eating area, upstairs area, dance floor and the men's dressing area. The home on the property is only to be accessed by the venue owners, bride, groom and those who will help the bride get ready.
