We first met in February.

Since then, our story has been a true whirlwind romance.

Through many ups and downs, we have experienced God's love and God's confirmation that we are supposed to be together. We have both grown a lot as individuals and as a couple since then. We have had many ups and many downs through our relationship. However, that has made us stronger and helped us know that if we can make it through those things and come out stronger together, we can make it through anything the world throws at us.

I have prayed for this man. Even before I knew him. I cried out to God for YEARS, asking when I would meet him. Little did I know it was because he wasn't even living in the same country as me. God has shown me so many things through our relationship so far. Unconditional love and trust in God above all things.

Even from our first meetings until now. It may seem like a short time, but we have LIVED and JOURNIED through a lot. It feels like we have been together forever.

My love, I have waited for you. I have prayed for you. I have cried for you. I waited some more. I've almost given up on finding you. But this love... our love... has been worth the wait. I know God has SOOO many things in store for you and your future. He has big things planned for you. Then also big plans for us and for our future family that will continue to grow. I love you! September 1st

We had the perfect engagement in North Carolina on the beach, my favorite place in the world (except maybe in his arms lol).

Now we are ready to be married and start our life together and commit through marriage in front of our friends and family. Then have a big celebration of that love.

Nos conocimos por primera vez en febrero.

Nuestra historia ha sido un verdadero romance vertiginoso. A través de muchos altibajos, hemos experimentado el amor de Dios y la confirmación de Dios de que se supone que debemos estar juntos. Ambos hemos crecido mucho como personas y como pareja desde entonces. Hemos tenido muchos altibajos a lo largo de nuestra relación. Sin embargo, eso nos ha hecho más fuertes y nos ha ayudado a saber que si podemos superar esas cosas y salir más fuertes juntos, podemos superar cualquier cosa que el mundo nos depare.

He orado por este hombre. Incluso antes de conocerlo. Clamé a Dios durante AÑOS, preguntándole cuándo lo encontraría. No sabía que era porque ni siquiera vivía en el mismo país que yo. Dios me ha mostrado tantas cosas a través de nuestra relación hasta ahora. Amor incondicional y confianza en Dios sobre todas las cosas.

Incluso desde nuestros primeros encuentros hasta ahora. Puede parecer poco tiempo, pero hemos VIVIDO y VIVIDO mucho. Se siente como si hubiéramos estado juntos desde siempre.

Mi amor, te he esperado. He orado por ti. He llorado por ti. Esperé un poco más. Casi he renunciado a encontrarte. Pero este amor... nuestro amor... ha valido la espera. Tuvimos el compromiso perfecto en Carolina del Norte, en la playa, mi lugar favorito en el mundo (excepto tal vez en sus brazos jajaja).

Ahora estamos listos para casarnos y comenzar nuestra vida juntos y comprometernos a través del matrimonio frente a nuestros amigos y familiares. Entonces haz una gran celebración de ese amor.

Bueno primero tenemos que agradecer a Dios y al destino. Cuando Dios tiene algo planeado para un hombre o una mujer, aunque sea difícil y te ponga a prueba, por muy difícil que sea la montaña, detrás de esa montaña Jesús siempre está contigo en el camino. Así como llegué aquí a Estados Unidos, como muchos otros, Dios empezó a cumplir mis sueños. Le estoy agradecido por todo lo que ha hecho.

Te lo ruego, Padre, gracias por todo. No te pido dinero, ni posesiones, te pido salud para mí y mi familia y para lograr todos mis sueños. Le pido perdón a diario. Le agradezco todos los días por esta mujer que tengo a mi lado y el privilegio que me ha brindado. La mujer que va a ser mi esposa. No soy el hombre perfecto, pero sí sé quién soy y hacia dónde voy. Si Dios la ha puesto en mi camino, voy a cumplir mi sueño y el de ella de ser mutuamente felices. Los dos, desde hace mucho tiempo. He tenido muchas aventuras con mujeres, pero he cambiado el rumbo de mi vida porque he encontrado el amor. No amor a primera vista, ni algo superficial, sino amor sincero y puro. Este tipo de amor sólo se consigue una vez y se consigue con determinación, esfuerzo y valentía. Sobre todo, confianza para nunca dejar de confiar en uno mismo y en los demás, sin importar lo difíciles que sean los tiempos. Siempre hay tiempo para sonreír y reír.

Nuestra historia es de momentos buenos y malos, pero en los malos todavía los abrazo como si fueran los últimos y los primeros. Los buenos momentos no los aprovechamos. Lo más importante no son los malos momentos, perder dinero o incluso una amistad, sino ser feliz contigo mi amor.

Para abrazarte todos los días y decirte que te amo Amber Elizabeth Carrascal. Lo más importante de todo es cumplir tus sueños y los míos, no sólo ser felices, sino alcanzar nuestras metas para nuestro futuro. Estos sueños, no sólo para ser contados, sino para ser realizados con actos puros y sinceros. Estos sueños y nuestro amor nos los mostramos en los momentos de tranquilidad dentro de nosotros mismos, con paciencia, y un día llegaremos. Sé que la paciencia es una virtud que todos necesitamos y algún día espero tenerla. A pesar de no tener paciencia y cometer errores, todos los días aprendo de esos errores y lo más importante sobre todo es no dejar que nadie nos diga que no podemos lograr lo que deseamos. Miramos hacia adelante y avanzamos en la dirección que Dios nos llama.

Juntos lograremos todos nuestros sueños. No nos rendiremos y lo demostraremos con nuestro esfuerzo. Sobre todo miramos a Dios y nos centramos en Él, entonces todas las cosas sucederán.

Well first we have to thank God and destiny. When God has something planned for a man or a woman, even if it is hard and puts you to the test, no matter how difficult of a mountain it is, behind that mountain Jesus is always with you on the journey. Just as I have arrived here in the United States, like many others, God started to fulfill my dreams. I am grateful to Him for all he has done.

I pray, Father, Thank you for everything. I ask not for money, nor possessions, I ask you for health for me and family and to achieve all my dreams. I ask for his forgiveness daily. I thank him everyday for this woman I have by my side and the privilege he has grated her to me. The woman who is going to be my wife. I am not the perfect man, but I do know who I am and where I am going. If God has put her in my path, I am going to fulfill my dream and her dream of being mutually happy. The both of us, for a very long time. I have had many adventures with women, but I have changed my course of life because I have found love. Not love at first sight, or something shallow, but sincere and puree love. This kind of love is only achieved once and it is achieved with determination, effort and courage. ABove all confidence to never stop trusting in yourself and each other no matter how hard times get. There is always time to smile and laugh.

Our story is of good moments and bad moments, but in the bad I still hug those as if they were the last and the first. The good moments we don't take advantage of them. The most important things is not the bad moments, to loose money or even a friendship, but to be happy with you my love.

To hug you every day and tell you that I love you Amber Elizabeth Carrascal. The most important thing of all is to fulfill your dreams and mine, not just to be happy, but to achieve our goals for our future. These dreams, not to just be told, but to be done with pure and sincere acts. We show to ourselves these dreams and our love in the quiet times in within ourselves, with patience, and one day we will arrive. I know patience is a virtue that we all need and one day I hope to have it. Despite not having patience and making mistakes, everyday I learn from those mistakes and most important above all is to not let anyone tell us we cannot achieve what we desire. We look forward and we move in the direction God calls us.

We will achieve all our dreams together. We will not give up and we will prove through our effort. Above all we look to God and be centered in Him, then all things shall come to pass.
