What time does the ceremony start on Saturday, March 29?
The ceremony starts at 5pm MST on Saturday, March 29. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before to be seated.
Will the wedding be outside or inside?
The ceremony will be outside on the Laguna Lawn at The Scott.
Cocktail hour will be outside.
The reception (dinner and dancing) will be inside at the Orangedale Ballroom at The Scott.
What will the weather be like in Scottsdale this time of year?
The average high will be around 83 F and the average low around 42 F.
Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
Yes, after the ceremony, cocktail hour will take place outside on the patio in front of the Orangedale Ballroom.
What is the dress code?
Semi-formal/Cocktail attire. For men: suits; tie optional; tuxedo not required. For women: cocktail dress; elegant jumpsuit.
What if I have food allergies/dietary restrictions?
Please let Amber and/or Piotr know by February 14. The Scott kitchen will accommodate food allergies/dietary restrictions.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
As much as we love everyone's little ones, we are limiting the number of children at our wedding. If you aren't sure if your children are invited, please check with Amber or Piotr.
Is there parking available at your wedding venue?
Yes, The Scott offers free parking at the front of the hotel.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Yes, please see the Hotels section on this site.
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?
At this time, we do not have any shuttles reserved. Feel free to use Uber or free parking at the hotel.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, we will have an open bar throughout the reception hours.
