Amber and Stephen met as coworkers in October of 2009. In November of 2015 they went for a hike off of the Blue Ridge Parkway in Asheville, North Carolina. The hike was the most beautiful they had ever been on, with snow and ice delicately coating all the trees and flowers. Once they reached the top, they were enjoying the most amazing views when Stephen knelt and asked for her hand. Amber probably should've known this was coming considering she was tossed the bouquet at a friends wedding less than 12 hours before, and Stephen's terrible at keeping secrets so all of our close friends already knew but managed not to spill the beans. It was probably the only time Stephen's ever been able to surprise her, but it was by far the best.

We've decided to have our wedding in the same mountains so that we can share our love for the scenery, and each other, with all our family and friends. We hope to see you there.
