We will be providing transportation to and from the venue from the Hilton Garden Inn, Comfort Inn & Suites, and Residence Inn by Marriott.
As a heads up, there is a detour near Kacena Farms due to road construction. It may add approximately 8 minutes to your travel time. If able, we would appreciate some guests taking the 1:30 shuttle time to ensure everyone can make it to the ceremony on time.
1:30 PM- Shuttles from Hilton Garden Inn and Residence Inn by Marriott to Kacena Farms
2:45 PM- Shuttles from Comfort Inn & Suites and Residence Inn by Marriott to Kacena Farms
Shuttles will return to the hotels from Kacena Farms at 9:00, 10:00, and 11:00 PM
Hi Everyone! There is a big baseball tournament in Cedar Rapids the weekend of our wedding, so hotels have been reluctant to give out big blocks of rooms. Along with the hotels we were able to get blocks through, we are also listing a few other hotels that are close to where the shuttle will be doing pick up and drop off.
