How can I RSVP?
Once the invites have all been mailed, you will be able to complete online RSVP on our website or mail us back the RSVP card that will be sent with the official invitation (not everyone will be sent an RSVP card). If you know before the formal invitations are sent out that you cannot attend, please reach out to the bride or groom.
When should I RSVP by?
All RSVPs are due by May 16th, 2026.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Please arrive no later than 3:45pm. The main doors will be locked after 3:50pm to ensure we have an uninterrupted ceremony.
Are children allowed?
While we love all of your little ones, due to limited venue space we can only accommodate those specifically listed on the invite.
Where is the wedding ceremony and reception?
The ceremony and reception will both be held in the Blair Center at the Westfield Country Club.
Can I bring a plus one?
In order to share a personal and meaningful celebration, we are inviting only those specifically named on the invitation.
Is the wedding indoor or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outside under a built in tent overlooking the golf course. Cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors but we have full access to the patio for the evening.
Can I attend just the ceremony/reception?
Of course! Just let us know which events you will be attending in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
Is there a hotel for guests who wish to stay near the venue?
Yes! The Westfield Inn is located within walking distance from the Blair Center. Please see the Travel section of our website for more information on how to book your room.
Will there be a shuttle from the hotel?
No, there will not be a shuttle from the hotel. The hotel is only a 4-minute walk and less than a 1-minute drive from our venue. The photo below shows the layout of Westfield Center, and how close our venue is to the hotel.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is parking onsite at the Blair center. See photo above.
Can I take photos or videos?
We want everyone to remember the beautiful moments of our ceremony so we have booked professional photographers and a videographer to do this for us so we can be fully present. We will be having an unplugged ceremony so please do not pull out any phones to take pictures. Once the ceremony is over and the party begins you can take as many pics as you wish! Once we get our professional photos back we promise to share them with all of you!
Is it okay to post wedding photos on social media?
We would love for everyone to share our joy of becoming newlyweds on social media. Please allow us to post about our special day first and then everyone may post their own photos or videos. We encourage guest to snap photos during the reception, but again we will be having an unplugged ceremony.
What is the dress-code?
We want everyone to dress their best! We are asking everyone to dress formal, with black tie optional. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing white so the bride can stand out on her special day.
I have more questions about the wedding. Who can I contact?
You may contact the bride herself for any questions at 440-954-0175. The week of the wedding will be extremely busy for the bride, so any last-minute questions will be handled by the Matron of Honor, Kassidy Powell.
