Nick and Amber met unexpectedly through friends of theirs years ago. They met when Amber was in high school, and Nick was in middle school through Nick's friend Zack and his sister, Jackie.

It wasn't until years later that Nick decided to slide into Amber's Snapchat DM's and make his move....to which she turned down, more than once. Nick was persistent and Amber was stubborn, but it wasn't until after several times of asking, she said yes to a date.

Their first date was at Bowlero in Shrewsbury... and yes, Amber won. This is where their bond over competitiveness developed. They have since argued, supported and challenged each other in many sports, board games and of course darts. It wasn't long into their relationship where Nick discovered his passion for darts. Ryan, Nick's father, played for years and would hold a match in their basement against his sons and sometimes Miriam joined in for a game or two. Nick soon got onto a team where Amber would join every week to support. It wasn't long into Nick's dart career when we, like everyone else, were quarantined.

During quarantine is when they decided to make a large step into moving in together, and this is when darts became Nick's outlet. It wasn't much longer until Amber joined, what is now, the dart family. They both dove feet first, and if not, they wouldn't have meet such an amazing group of friends.

From there the relationship blossomed into what it is today, a dysfunctional, supportive, loving and trusting relationship.

Through all the laughs, loss and new friends along the way, Nick and Amber are excited to see what the future might hold in their adventure together. They are so excited to share this steppingstone with you and can't wait to see all of you on the dance floor!
