We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at 'The Park Town Hotel' The block name is listed under 'McMunn-Fenske Wedding' and the group booking code is '2409McMunn'. You can make reservations at 1 (800) 667-3999 or reservations@parktownhotel.com be sure to mention our wedding block name. The reservation includes a breakfast voucher and free above ground parking. There is a second hotel which is across the street from our venue. The Holiday Inn Express on College Drive. They do not offer wedding blocks however if you wish to stay here for convenience you can book on their website and be walking distance from our venue.

If your guest's name is listed on your invite and visible upon RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends only. Which also means, if you and your significant other split up prior to the wedding your invite will only include yourself.

Although we do love your littles, this will be a 19+ venue only. Use this as a night out for mom and dad. This includes the ceremony, dinner, and reception.

Formal attire, suit & tie and cocktail dresses. No jeans!!! Please do not wear any of the colours traditionally worn by the bride, which include white, ivory, creams & beiges. We are also asking that the ladies do not wear any solid black dresses as this is the colour our wedding party will be in and we want to avoid any confusion especially with the photos. All events will take place indoors so no need to worry about dressing for the weather.

The ceremony will start at 2:00 pm promptly, please arrive 15 minutes early. Anyone who shows up late will be turned away at the doors and will need to wait until the reception time to see everyone.
