We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a floor or cocktail length dress or pant suit for women and a suit and tie for men. Nice boots and blue jeans with a sports coat is also acceptable.

Yes! We will have appetizers during cocktail hour. We will also have a buffet style BBQ meal for dinner.

Yes, if your kids are included in your formal wedding invitation, we would love for them to attend. We do ask that if they are crying or noisy during the ceremony that you escort them away so that we may have an uninterrupted ceremony. It is venue policy that all children be accompanied by an adult at all times. There are various water structures/ponds on the site.

Once you receive your formal wedding invitation, if it does not specify that you get a plus one, please reach out and if there is enough space, we would be happy to accommodate a plus one!

It’s Texas so who knows! But likely it will still be warm. So please dress appropriately. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception will be indoors.

The venue has ample parking, but if you can carpool even better! The parking is adjacent to the venue! So no long walks or shuttle rides necessary!

If you are running late to the ceremony, we do ask that you please not interrupt. If the ceremony is in progress, we ask that you wait for our day of coordinator to let you know what to do.

We will have a bar with signature drinks and wine/beer. We will be providing the alcohol and a partial tip to the bartenders. There will be a tip bucket for the bartenders, if they are doing a great job let them know with a tip! They will be working hard.

We know it will be tempting to reach for your phone for pictures during the ceremony. However, we will ask that all phones and cameras be up/in your pocket throughout the ceremony. We will have a great photographer who will be capturing it all. During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take any photos that you would like to!
