As lovers of the outdoors and whitewater, we couldn’t imagine a mountain wedding getaway without a trip to the river! We’re organizing a rafting adventure for anyone who’s interested in joining us for some fun on the Nantahala River. Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or a first-timer, this exciting day of rafting promises laughter, adventure, and a great way to start the wedding celebration. The trip is open to all guests, and kids ages 7 and up are welcome to join in the fun! Cost: The rafting trip starts at $40 per person. We’ll help coordinate all the logistics — for now, we just need to know if you’re ready to shred the gnar with us!

Join us for a delicious Welcome Dinner to continue the weekend's festivities. Afterward, we’ll head to the baseball diamond for a lighthearted game of kickball — and you’ll get to see just how unskilled Fergus really is at 'kicky throwy sports!' If you'd rather not break a sweat, feel free to cheer on the players from the bleachers or roast some marshmallows around the bonfire, where we’ll wrap up the evening.
