What will the weather be like?
The weather in Tennessee in October is mild during the day, around 65 degrees. Then gets chillier at night, generally around 40 degrees.
Can I bring my kids?
We truly want you to be with us on our special day, and we understand that finding childcare can sometimes be a challenge. Please know that we are more than happy to have children at the wedding, and they are warmly welcome to celebrate with us. However, if you are able to find a babysitter and would prefer to have a child free experience, we completely understand and would be delighted to see you without your little ones in tow.
Who should I contact if I have questions about the wedding?
You can email us at tocchiowedding2026@gmail.com or you can call Amber at 678-507-4650.
What time should I arrive?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm, and we kindly ask that you arrive by 2:30 pm to allow time for parking, walking to the ceremony location, and settling into your seat. We want to ensure that everyone has plenty of time to get comfortable.
What time do the festivities end?
We'd love for you to stay and enjoy the festivities until our faux "send off" at 8:00 pm, but the celebration doesn't end there! We welcome you to join us for dancing and fun until 10:00 pm, and then we'll have s'mores by the fire pit until 11:00pm when the event will officially end.
How do I know where to sit at the ceremony?
Our ceremony will be a relaxed and inclusive celebration, so there are no specific sides for the bride and groom. Feel free to sit wherever you like! Our ushers will be available to guide you to your seat, ensuring that everyone is comfortably settled.
How do I know where to sit at the reception?
Please note that our reception will have assigned seating. You'll be able to find your name on the seating chart, which will be displayed during the cocktail hour. We ensured that each and everyone of you have your own special spot.
When will we eat?
Dinner will be served promptly at 5:30 pm, however there will be appetizers during the cocktail hour as well.
Can I bring a plus one?
We are so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! To keep our wedding intimate, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation join us for the festivities. Thank you for understanding.
How do I RSVP?
You can RSVP at the top of this page. Click on the RSVP tab and then type in your full name to find your invitation. Then just follow the prompts to complete.
When do I need to RSVP by?
All RSVPs need to be completed by September 29, 2026.
What if I have a dietary requirement?
If you have a dietary requirement (vegetarian, Celiac, etc.) you will be prompted to provide this information when you RSVP. All efforts will be made to accommodate everyone.
Will alcohol be served?
We'll have a small selection of drinks to enjoy, but it's not a full bar - just enough to toast and celebrate together!
What should I wear?
Our ceremony will be outdoors on grass, so we recommend comfortable shoes (ladies consider wedges, block heels, or flats instead of stilettos!). The weather will be nice during the day but cooler in the evening, so layers are a great idea. Think dressy but relaxed - flowy dresses, dress shirts with slacks, and fun accessories. No need for formal wear, just come looking your best and ready to celebrate!
Can I take photos?
We kindly ask that you put your phone and cameras away during our ceremony, so you can be fully present with us - plus, we've got an amazing photographer and videographer capturing every moment of both the ceremony and reception! But once the reception starts, snap away! Take all the photos and videos you'd like, and don't forget to tag us when you share!
Is there a wedding registry?
For those who wish to give, we've set up a honeymoon fund on Honeyfund, instead of a traditional registry. Rather than household items, we'd love help creating unforgettable memories on our first adventure as newlyweds! If you'd like to contribute, you can find the details if you click on the Registry tab at the top of this page. But truly, your love and support are the greatest gifts of all!
