While we love your babies, we do ask that the children in attendance be limited to immediate family and those traveling from out of state who may not have childcare available. We do not want this to stop you from celebrating with us, so please reach out to either Amber or Cody if you do need to bring additional guests so we can accommodate.

Our venue does have cabins for daily rent on a first come, first serve basis. The prices range from $160-$200 a night and can be reserved by calling the venue directly or by calling or texting the bride or groom to help you set a reservation. If you would like to stay off property, there are multiple hotels within 15-20 minutes from the venue as well.

Simple answer: yes. While we will be providing alcohol, we do ask that you refrain from over indulging. Tipsy can be fun, but falling in a pond is not. To our sober friends and family, firstly we are so proud of you, and second, we will have a selection of juices, sodas, teas, and more for mocktails so you can celebrate comfortably with us as well! Please keep in mind our bartenders will be working hard at our wedding all night and tips are always encouraged. While most accept electronic tips, be sure to have some cash on hand just in case.

Dress your best! We ask that guest wear semi-formal attire. For ladies, knee to ankle length gowns, jumpers, suits, or slacks with a nice shirt. For men, we ask that you come in a suit or slacks and a button up shirt. This is a celebration of our love and we want everyone to feel like the best version of themselves! If you do choose to wear jeans and a dress shirt, please be sure the jeans are free of stains and rips.

During our ceremony, we ask that no photos or videos be taken. We will have professional photographers and videographers on site so you can enjoy the moment with your own eyes rather than behind the screen of your device. Photos are allowed during the reception, and we will have a designated website and QR code for you to share your memories with all guests!

All of our vendors handling food have been notified of shellfish and peanut allergies. If you have any other airborne food allergies, please let Amber or Cody know so we can try our hardest to keep them out of the reception. Along with allergies, we will also have vegetarian options for those who request in advance as well as options that are pork-free.
