Amber moved to Mt. Juliet in 7th grade. On the first day of school, she met a boy on the school bus named Jacob. Amber has always been a little shy, but Jacob doesn’t meet a stranger. For the rest of the year, they sat by each other on the bus and Amber would smile and laugh at everything he said. They quickly became best friends and continued this friendship through high school and most of college.

Fast forward a few years!! Not sure if it was the “liquid courage” or a sign from God, but one late summer’s night in Nashville, Jacob finally told Amber that he has loved her for many, many years. After a little shock and an awkward conversation the next day, Amber told him that she felt the same. The two started dating and have been together for almost 5 years now.

Throughout those 5 years, Amber and Jacob graduated college, started their dream jobs, bought a house together, and welcomed home their sweet puppy Milo. On January 13th, 2024, Jacob finally got down on one knee and asked Amber to marry him!! It was the happiest day of their lives and these two are beyond ready to become husband and wife.
