Jay and Amber’s story started in 2021 on a dating app (yes, this is a Tinder success story). They had matched and immediately hit it off. Their conversation lasted about 4 hours that first night, spanning from the usual “what's your favorite color” , “do you have any siblings”, to an in-depth discussion about all the marvel characters. Amber and Jay both felt like they had met someone special, so they kept talking.

It did not take long to plan their first date - lunch and a sweet walk through Piedmont Park. Jay had a full plan to take Amber to his favorite restaurant in Atlanta, but about 5 minutes into the walk, Amber asked if they could get Thai food instead. Of course Jay didn't mind, he was just happy to be there. They both agree this was the easiest and best first date they had ever been on. Everything seemed so simple; they both felt so safe with each other.

After that first date, there was no question if they wanted to be together. Their official dating story started when Jay romantically said “I am so glad to be here with my amazing girlfriend” and Amber quickly reminded him that she was, in fact, not his girlfriend yet. Of course he asked later that night. It was the second best and easiest “yes” Amber ever said
