We are so excited for this next season in our lives. We thought you may all want to know how we ended up together!

Jesse and I have pretty much lived 5 minutes from each other our whole lives. He is one year older, but we went through grade school together. In high school, we always had crushes on each other, but come on... it is high school, things rarely last when you are that young. We went off to college after that, and yes we were still only 45 minutes apart then. That is until he transferred to UWG where I was attending as well. After pretty much being so close by our whole lives, it was not until we both graduated and were back in our hometown that we reconnected. Jesse invited me on the sweetest first date at the lake, and I knew that day that he was something special. Being the great man that he is, a little over a year later he proposed in the same set up our first date was.

They say when you know, you know. I never knew what that feeling was like until that perfect first date out on the lake. We are so excited to be sharing this journey with all of you!
