Due to venue size, we are able to accommodate some children. If your children are listed on your RSVP, they are invited. Music, food, and other aspects of the evening will not be catered to children. We ask that if you are not comfortable with them being in an adult environment that they stay home! We also ask that if you feel your children will be unable to sit quietly during the ceremony and other events of the evening, please consider it a date night for you and your spouse! We are so excited to celebrate with you!
Will parking be available at the venue?
Yes! The entire back parking lot will be reserved if you would like to drive to the event. There will also be shuttle transportation provided from the Summit Hotel. The venue is located about 15 minutes from the hotel accommodations.
What should I wear?
The dress code for the event will be cocktail/formal attire! Please refrain from wearing jeans. We ask that you do not wear the colors: white, gold, or emerald.
Will the wedding be outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will be located indoors! Cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the patio.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to the venue size we are unable to accommodate everyone. If there is a plus one listed on your RSVP - yes! If you believe we have made a mistake and forgot someone, let us know.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5PM please arrive no later than 15 minutes before. If you arrive later than this, you will have to wait for the ceremony to be complete before entering.
