This story could actually start when Amelia and Samuel were in 6th grade but to keep this short and sweet we will fast forward to Junior Year 2021 in high school. After years of flirting, talking, and getting to know each other, they finally agreed to meet at the “new” gas station in Callahan to talk about how they felt about each other. Since that day on, September 3 2021, they’ve been inseparable.
Their first date was a few days later on Labor Day, September 6th, 2021 at the Folkston Golf course. Since that day, the Lord showed both Samuel and Amelia that their relationship was from Him, and they wanted to glorify Him together. From then on, they have made many memories together and can officially say they are “High School Sweethearts”
Samuel proposed to Amelia on June 22nd, 2024, and they will continue to love and serve the Lord together forever. Finally planning and counting down the days until March 23, 2025 can’t come soon enough!
