Q + A

Can I bring a plus one?

We have carefully planned our guest list, and only those who are listed on the invitation will be accommodated. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name (or “+ Guest”) will be on the RSVP.

Is there a dress code?

Yes! Our dress code is Black Tie (Dark Suits & Ties Ok). Our wedding and reception will be held entirely outdoors in beautiful Julian, California. October in Julian typically brings mild daytime temperatures around 70°F, with cooler evenings dropping to about 40-50°F. We recommend layers to stay comfortable as the temperature changes throughout the day. For women, please note that the ceremony will take place on grass, so we suggest choosing footwear suitable for soft ground. We’ll also have heel protectors available for added convenience. Be sure to check the weather forecast as the date approaches to help you plan your attire. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! 💛

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but we have decided to have an [adults-only] celebration. We hope you enjoy a night out with us!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by September 1, 2025, so we can finalize our guest count. However, if possible, we’d love for you to RSVP earlier to help us with planning.

What if I need to change my RSVP?

If your plans change after you’ve RSVP’d, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting our wedding planner Crystal at crystal@crystalroseevents.com

Is there parking available?

Yes! There is onsite parking. We will be offering shuttles from our hotel blocks. Information will be sent out later on our wedding website.

Where should I stay?

We have reserved a block of rooms at several different hotels for a discounted rate. You can book on our travel tab on our wedding website.

What should I do if I have a question that isn’t answered here?

Feel free to contact our planner at crystal@crystalroseevents.com—we’re happy to help!
