Q + A

What should I do if I can’t make it?

If you know that you won't be able to attend the wedding after having received the save the date, please let us know ASAP and we won't send you a formal invitation. If you know you won't be able to attend once formal invitations are sent out, please respond through the RSVP.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Please RSVP online.

Are kids welcome?

We would love to have your little ones join us! We will be sure to have everyone listed on your formal invitation.

Can I bring a date?

Please be sure to look at your formal invitation. Contact either one of us if you have any questions.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire! Please do not wear white. The weather here in May can sometimes be unpredictable but plan on it being in the mid 60's. Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

What will your wedding-day timeline look like?

1:00pm- Ceremony at All Saints **Please arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand** 5:00pm- Reception at Foss Waterway Seaport 9:45pm- Last Call 10:30pm- End of Reception

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Our only request is no photos during the ceremony. We will be having our ceremony at our church and would like the focus to be on the mass and not pictures from your phone. After the ceremony, please take as many pictures as you would like and be sure to send us your favorites!

What happens after the ceremony?

The ceremony should be wrapping up around 2:15. This allows for a little less than 3 hours before the start of the reception. This would be a great time to put the kids down for a nap, go back to your hotel and freshen up, etc. There is a farmers' market that happens every Saturday during this time that is just a few blocks away from the church and that could be something else to do. **Keep in mind, it is about a 20-minute drive from the ceremony to the reception**

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

There will be a cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers. We will then be serving dinner. We will also have an open bar serving signature cocktails, wine, and beer. We are unfortunately not allowed to offer a full bar at our reception venue. Please let us know through your RSVP if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Ceremony: The church has its own parking lot that will be available and there is free street parking as well. Reception: There is a parking lot next to our reception space that offers paid parking. We would recommend carpooling or using a ride share service if you are staying nearby and plan on drinking.
