Both our wedding ceremony and reception will take place at The Ungasan Clifftop Resort in Uluwatu. For more details about this stunning venue, visit The Ungasan's website: https://www.theungasan.com/
WHAT TIME IS THE WEDDING?
We kindly ask guests to arrive at Villa Tamarama at The Ungasan by 3:30 PM sharp to ensure everyone is seated and ready for our 4:00 PM ceremony.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Our dress code is formal/cocktail attire.
Ladies: We recommend cocktail or summer dresses.
Gentlemen: A light suit, blazer, or evening jacket is ideal (ties are optional).
Please note that most of our event will take place on grass, so consider this when choosing your footwear.
WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE IN BALI AT THIS TIME OF YEAR?
September is typically one of Bali’s driest months, with average temperatures around 27°C (81°F). While we hope for perfect weather, we recommend bringing a light jacket for the evening as the cliffside sea breeze can get a bit cool.
WILL TRANSPORT BE PROVIDED TO THE WEDDING VENUE?
Yes! For guests staying nearby, we’ll arrange a shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. More details will be shared closer to the date.
ARE KIDS WELCOME?
This decision is entirely up to you!
We understand that some guests may want to make this a family trip, so kids are welcome in Bali.
However, please note that we’ll be having an adults-only ceremony and reception.
To make things easier, we will have a nanny service available at the villa for those who require it.
Many of our friends are planning to use this as an opportunity for a well-deserved parents-only getaway, so feel free to let us know what works best for your family when you RSVP.
WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND WE STAY?
We would love for you to stay with us at The Ungasan Clifftop Resort, but there are plenty of fantastic options nearby to suit different budgets.
If you’d prefer other areas, Seminyak and Canggu are great choices, roughly an hour’s drive from the venue.
CAN WE BRING A GIFT?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! However if you insist on giving a present, a financial contribution towards our honeymoon fund would not go unnoticed!
STAYING LONGER?
We’re planning to make the most of our time in Bali and would love for you to join us!
We’ll arrive in Bali on 31st August and spend the week leading up to the wedding in Uluwatu.
After the wedding, we’ll head to Seminyak/Canggu for some post-wedding relaxation until 12th September.
If you’re planning to stick around, let us know – we’d love to have some post-wedding fun together!
