Yes, all of our events are at the Ballantyne which is also where our discounted room block is available. Please see the 'Accommodations' tab for more information.

The closest airport is the Charlotte Douglas International Airport, which is approximately 25 minutes from the venue. Unfortunately, there is no shuttle provided to the hotel so we recommend using ride-share apps (Uber/Lyft) or renting a vehicle.

Our room block at the Ballantyne Hotel is available from Thursday, June 5 until Monday, June 9. The wedding events are on June 6 and June 7. Please see the 'Accommodations' tab for more information.

The welcome party event on Friday is semi-formal, while the Indian ceremony and reception on Saturday are both formal. Indian or Western attire can be worn for the events. Recommended Indian Fashion Sites for Men, Women, and Children: Utsav Fashion, Mirraw, Kynah

Children are invited, however, they should be included under the RSVP for your party. We do have a limited head count at the venue so we did have to limit invitations for some families. Please reach out to the bride or groom if you have any questions regarding invitation count.

There is plenty of parking available in front of the hotel and it is FREE.

Charlotte is typically very warm that time of year, so please dress accordingly. All of our wedding events will be indoors.
