Accommodation Options and Local Recommendations

Within Altavista (less than 2 miles away) is an Airbnb called The Sleep Inn. It has 3 rooms available. Note that all rooms are on a 2nd floor with exterior stairwell. It is located above an amazing family owned Pizzeria, Peace of Pie, and next to a family owned breakfast place, Main Street Cafe & Coffee

The Hampton Inn in Gretna, VA (email brian.knopp@hilton.com for group rates) is a nicer hotel and located 18 minutes south of Southern Granary, off Rt 29.

There are several nice hotels near the Lynchburg airport, on Rt.29/Wards Rd.
