We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us. This is a semi-formal event. We encourage you to wear light weight clothes as we are getting married outdoors in the summer! The colors of the wedding is baby blue and pastel yellow. (For reference) the BRIDESMAIDS are in PASTEL YELLOW dresses, the GROOMSMEN are in LIGHT GRAY, the MOTHER OF THE BRIDE is in BABY BLUE, the MOTHER OF THE GROOM is in NAVY, the GROOM is in NAVY, and the BRIDE is in WHITE. Just putting the colors out there, just in case you do not want to coordinate:) Please DO NOT wear white, as the bride will be in white:)

Outdoors! The ceremony, reception, and cocktail hours are outdoors. The reception/cocktail hour is located in a large glass building with 36 doors that will be open. There will be fans that provide air flow as well as water stations set up around the venue. You can think of it as a "breezy tent" :)

We love the little ones in the family! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We hope you can use this evening as a date night or a much deserved night off for the parents!

Guests can start arriving at 5pm! Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. This will allow you to find parking and find your seat.

We are having an "unplugged ceremony". The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say " I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we recieve them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! A link will be provided so you can upload/share them!

There are approximately 5 hotels surrounded the venue. Including one that is in walking distance from the venue. Others include: Springhill Suites by Marriott, Renaissance Indianapolis North, Home2 Suites by Hilton Carmel, Courtyard by Marriott, and the Sheraton at Keystone at the Crossing.

Our venue does offer 500 free parking spaces. However, our venue can also have other events going on separately from our wedding space, so allow yourself plenty of time for arrival and parking. Parking spaces are located in the back of the venue. You will see a massive "Ritz Charles" sign.

We kindly ask you to RSVP by June 24th 2026. After this date, we sadly have to assume you will not be joining us as this date is when our venues catering needs a guest count. Thank you for understanding:)
