Are kids allowed?
If you would like to bring your kids you are more than welcome to. Please let us know when you RSVP how many you have and if they'll need a meal.
Is this an outdoor event?
The venue is completely indoors, however if the weather is nice we will host cocktail hour on the patio, with the windows open to get some fresh air!
Do I need to RSVP?
Please RSVP as soon as you can! We understand everyone will need to get their travel arrangements together, so please RSVP by April 1st, 2022 at the latest.
What if I RSVP and can no longer make it?
We're sad to hear that! We know life happens. Please text Kaleb or myself or email us at akscyphers@outlook.com ASAP.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Please come dressed in your best! Semi-formal attire will be great.
What will the weather be like this time of year?
Typically, May is expected to have a high of 70°F and a low of 50°F with an average chances of rain.
Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
We will be hosting both events at the Bell Tower in Nashville, TN. The address is 400 4th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37201.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the the wedding we will have a brief cocktail hour, dinner & dancing. We have nothing planned after dancing, but anyone is more than welcome to come with Kaleb and I for a quick drink!
Are there other wedding events I can attend?
The wedding party will hit Broadway Friday night for the bachelor / bachelorette party. We will have our own private event in the afternoon, but anyone is welcome to join us downtown on Friday night. :)
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Yes! We have 11 rooms blocked off at Townplace Suites by Marriott. Address is 1500 Charlotte Ave Nashville, TN 37203
Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?
We will be having a cash bar available during the ceremony and reception with beer and wine. We have dinner choices for you to choose when you RSVP. You will have the option of Beef, Fish or Chicken.
