So it all started as Sister Barredo and Elder Pablero. This story is not the typical love at first sight love story. I started as a hate to love story. They first met after an area authority visited their mission, as visit ended all the missionaries were instructed to go back to their respective areas. However there are some missionaries who stayed and kinda played basketball outside the chapel, and some of those missionaries are under Elder Pablero's stewardship. And there where Sister Barredo appeared in the picture, she was instructed by the AP's to remind again all missionaries to go back to their respective areas. So syempre todo kausap si Sister Barredo and there she saw Elder Pablero and asked kung sya ba yung DL. And respectfully Elder Pablero said yes but that encounter they had led to a quite of angasan moment, but to Sister Barredo that's just her being her without knowing that Elder Pablero kinda felt that she is kinda maangas and masungit. And that's how the first encounter happened.

After some transfers they never thought na magkakasama pa ulit sila sa iisang zone or even sa district, til this one transfer came and Elder Pablero became part of Sister Barredo's district. They never expected to be near close to each other or even became a friend. So as time pass by Elder Pablero had the opportunity to know Sister Barredo more and came to realize that she is really a bubbly person and not the masungit person he first met. Then there's this one district activity they had that they played the game BCApple(if you guys know that) and Elder Pablero misinterpreted and assume that he was Sister Barredo's crush. And that assuming moment of him gave him the courage to talk to Sister Barredo after she came home. After Sister Barredo's home coming he talked to her and got an agreement that he will do his best while in the mission and Sister Barredo or now Christine will wait for him for few months and agreed that they will try to work thing out after mission.

As they agreed they tried to work things out and fortunately it did worked out but still in a long distance at that time. Till they met for the first time after mission and those meetings are followed by other more meetings. He got to know my family and she got to know his.

Till we got to this time, the proposal. He proposed when we are on the YSA Con. The funny part is? He got the courage to propose even he knows that we broke up. He really planned it well along with the YSA's in my ward and some of my friends in the Stake. And another funny part? Is that after the proposal kami din dalawa yung nagligpit ng lahat ng mga gamit na kinuha nila at hiniram. He was sweating so much sa kaba sa proposal and mas nadagdagan pa yun dahil sa pagod that he felt sa pagliligpit namin ng mga gamit. His courage proves me that I should say yes to his proposal and so I did. And so we are here now inviting you to our special day.
