Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Yes! There is ample parking at Swan Lake.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting...it is Ohio!). The wedding reception will be held indoors.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Yes! For your convenience we have reserved blocks of rooms at four different hotels in the area. You can find more information under the "Travel" tab on this website.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Sangeet/Mehendi night: Festive Attire. Guests are encouraged to wear bold, colorful semi formal attire.
Wedding ceremony: The Indian wedding ceremony is full of vibrant and festive colors, and the dress code is "dressy casual attire". We want our guests to be comfortable, so please feel free to wear either Indian or Western attire. Please keep in mind the ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting).
Wedding reception: The dress code is "formal attire". We want our guests to be comfortable, so please feel free to wear either formal Indian or Western attire.
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
We are so excited to have you join our special day and your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for. However, if we are to be honored with a present from you, a monetary gift towards the next step in our lives together would be very much appreciated. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
Where can we find a link to your wedding registry?
As we are in the process of moving to a different city and starting the next step in our journey as resident physicians, we have set up a cash fund under the registry tab on this website and will have a wedding card box at our reception. However, for friends and family who have been asking for gift ideas, we’ve created a limited online registry with Amazon.com.
Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
The wedding ceremony will be followed by lunch and is expected to conclude around 1pm, leaving a few hours for you to get refreshed and change for the evening reception.
