How We Met

We met through a mutual friend of ours -- the internet! ;)

Travis is from East Lyme, Connecticut, and Amy is from Concord, New Hampshire. On April 21st 2023, Travis made the trek to New Hampshire and we met at a coffee shop. We both said we were there just for the morning date, but we both secretly hoped the date would last all day... and it did!

Travis took Amy out to dinner at The Common Man that evening, and as we were talking about music, he started drawing overlapping sound waves for her on the paper tablecloth. That was when we knew we would make a great couple!

We love doing everything together, but especially being outdoors and active. In August we had the opportunity to go on a backpacking trip in the White Mountains (our happiest place!) with our church, which was amazing.

We also love going to concerts. We've become much more sophisticated by attending concerts at The Side Door, a snazzy jazz club in Connecticut, a Star Wars concert at the Boston Pops, and The Nutcracker at the Boston Ballet. We both play the piano and love classical music.

There are so many things we love about each other and love to do with each other, but the most significant thing that unites us is our shared faith in Jesus Christ. He is at the center of our relationship, and we pray He will be at the center of our marriage.

We are so thrilled to spend our most special day with you, and beyond thankful to have you in our lives! Can't wait for June 22nd!!!
