Frequently Asked Questions
When should I RSVP by?
Please kindly RSVP no later than x. This will allow us to give accurate guest counts to our vendors. You can RSVP online, or by posting back your RSVP card.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think suit and tie or cocktail dresses. Please avoid wearing white.
What time should I arrive at the venue?
We recommend that you arrive by midday so that the ceremony can start promptly at 1pm. We are looking forward to greeting our evening guests from 6:30pm.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately due to space restrictions, we can only accommodate the people listed on your invite. If you have a plus one, this will be shown on your invite.
Can I bring children?
We are only able to accommodate children included in the wedding party. If this means you will be unable to attend, we will miss you at the wedding and hope to celebrate with you soon.
What time will the reception end?
The reception will end at 11pm due to noise-restrictions at the venue.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be taking place on a lawn; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges/block heels to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held in a marquee.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The venue is a walled garden with some sloping lawns and steps. All areas are accessible to wheelchairs but may require taking a more roundabout route. The venue staff are also on hand to drive the very short distance between the car park and ceremony space if required.
Do you have a wedding registry?
We are grateful for your presence at our wedding and gifts are not expected. However, if you would like to contribute to our New Zealand honeymoon fund, you can do so here.
Who can I contact if I have further questions?
Before the big day, please contact Amy or Will. On the day of the wedding, please contact our Best Man Dylan, or Maid of Honour Anna.
