Please note: There are no ride share services like Uber or Lyft in Estes Park. For this reason, we recommend renting a car if you are flying to Colorado from out of state. The closest airport to Estes Park is Denver International Airport, which is a 1.5 hour drive from Estes. Part of this drive goes through the mountains, and since this is a winter wedding so we recommend renting a car with 4-wheel drive. These roads are always well-plowed and maintained during the winter, but we'd like our guests to be as safe as possible!

There are many great places to stay in Estes Park, from hotels like the Stanley Hotel and the Ridgeline Hotel (details below) to quaint cabins along the river that runs through town. Important to note: We no longer have room blocks set up at the Stanley Hotel and the Ridgeline Hotels since they are not offering them anymore. Reservations at these hotels are regular first come first serve reservations now, we apologize for any inconvenience! For this reason, we recommend making your reservations with these hotels as soon as possible to ensure a room and to lock in lower rates.

When choosing your accommodations, please keep in mind that we will have a shuttle service to take guests to and from our venue on wedding day to avoid drinking and driving. We want everyone to have fun!! If you choose to stay somewhere other than the Stanley or Ridgeline hotels, we recommend choosing somewhere within 5 miles of Della Terra to make shuttle transportation easier.

The shuttles will pick up guests before the ceremony from 3 different pick-up spots: the Stanley Hotel, the Ridgeline Hotel, and the Estes Park Visitor Center (which has a parking garage where you can leave your car overnight).

After the reception, the shuttle service will drop off guests wherever they need in Estes so as to avoid drinking and driving. Also note that cars can be left at Della Terra overnight if you don't feel safe driving at the end of the night!
